Customer Trade in Limit
For each new computer purchased, a maximum of one old device can be trade in.
Minimum trade in Value Guarantee
All trade in old devices are guaranteed to have a minimum value of $100, regardless of their condition.
1. Check Your Eligibility
Visit the Lenovo Trade-in website and confirm your old devices are in the eligible list.
2. Get a Valuation
Answer a few simple questions to evaluate your old device.
3. Schedule Your Device Check-Up or Drop-off
Fill in the serial Number of your new Lenovo device and other required information. You can schedule a visit to our Lenovo Brand Store for a final check-up or drop off your devices to S.F. Express Store.
4. Confirm Trade-in price & Receive Payment
The final trade-in prices are subject to physical devices assessment. If this trade-in price is different from the initial quote, we will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm the final trade-in value, you will receive your trade-in value in you Hong Kong Bank account via bank transfer / FPS within 3 working days after confirmation.
