» Return/Exchange Policy

» Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?: We start to build your computer shortly after your order is placed. It's not always possible to cancel your order, so it's best to check with our customer service team by hkcs@lenovo.com as soon as possible if you change your mind. Cancellation request can be raised but cannot be guaranteed.

» What is your return policy?: You have up to seven (7) calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate exchange or return for Dead On Arrival, Missing, Wrong, Damaged, or Cosmetic (“ MWDC”) issues. To initiate an exchange or return, please email to hkcs@lenovo.com to contact Lenovo customer support representatives. For the avoidance of doubt, Lenovo will not make refunds, accept returns and allow exchanges for non-MWDC issues. » There were damaged items included in the package upon receipt? What should I do?: If your order contains damaged items upon arrival or something doesn't look quite right, please email to hkcs@lenovo.com and we'll arrange a replacement.

» I was charged HKD1 other than the order amount, why?: After your order is successfully placed, we will pre-authorize HKD1 on your credit card for security verification, it will be cancelled and returned to your credit card immediately.

» My credit card was charged for a second time after a period of time, why?: After your order is placed, Lenovo will authorize a credit block with 7-15 days of validity. After the authorization failed, we will authorize another credit block again, and the first authorization will be cancelled and returned. Please rest assured that Lenovo will only charge you officially when the order is shipped.

» Shipping and order status

» Will you send me an email to confirm that you've received my order?: Absolutely. As soon as we receive your order, we'll let you know. Your order will be accepted when we ship the product or deliver the service to you. For further information, please read our Terms and Conditions for Online Sales.

» Is ordering online safe?: Our website uses 128-bit encryption - one of the most powerful encryption standards available - to protect all sensitive information that you transfer to us.

» How do I check the status of my order?: You can view your order status in one of two ways. If you're a registered Lenovo.com customer, simply login to My Account and click View my Orders. ?Alternatively, you may check your order by visiting our Order Status page.

» Can I have my purchase shipped overseas?: Unfortunately, no. We're unable to ship orders internationally from outside Hong Kong due to export restrictions and policies. However, we have online stores throughout the world, so it's easy to order from Lenovo.com for your destination country.

» Does Lenovo ship to PO box addresses?: We need someone to sign for delivery, so we can't ship to PO Boxes.

» What happens if I'm not at home when your courier arrives?: Our courier service provider would call you before they come to the address, you may communicate with them to arrange the best timing for your delivery.

» Do I need an account to checkout?: It's entirely up to you whether you choose to create an account or checkout as a guest. Guest checkout is a speedy way to make a one-time purchase, but we won't store your billing and shipping information. You'll need to enter this again for any future purchases. Of course we'd love to see you create a Lenovo account or subscribe for email updates on exclusive offers and exciting new product launches. It's your choice.

» What are the benefits of creating an account and how do I do this?: By creating an account, you will be able to view your previous orders, create multiple shipping destinations and check the status of your delivery. You'll only need to enter your details once and you'll be ready to make a speedy checkout.

» What are the different series of Lenovo Products?: There are totally three series that Lenovo is providing to you, they are the Think Series, Idea Series, and the Lenovo Series. Each of these series are carrying laptops, desktops, 2-in-1 PC etc.

» What are eCoupons and where do I find them?: eCoupons are discount codes that you enter at the checkout to get our current discounts, special offers and deals. eCoupons can be found on select products in our online store and deals pages, as well as on our affiliate partner sites.
