How do the referral rewards work?
Both you and your referred friend will each earn $100 value of points. To qualify, please follow these steps:
1.Share your unique referral link with your friend (the link can be found in My Lenovo Rewards dashboard in the left hand corner under your name)
2.Your friend must sign up to become a My Lenovo Rewards member using the link that you provided
3.Your friend will need to make a qualifying purchase of HKD2,000 or more

How many referrals can I earn rewards on?
You can earn rewards for referrals up to 10 times per calendar year. That is a value of HKD1,000 per year for referring friends.

If I return or cancel an order that I used rewards on, how long does it take for my reward points to be returned to my account?
After your returned or canceled order has been successfully processed, your reward points that were redeemed from the order will be automatically applied back to your account to use. If you experience any issues receiving your rewards after your order has been returned or canceled, please contact 2593 0388

How can I ensure that I successfully returned/canceled my order?
Please allow up to 72 hours for Lenovo to process your returned/canceled order. You will receive a confirmation email once the order has been processed.

What if I use only a portion of the value of the Reward? What happens to the remaining value of the Reward?
Rewards not redeemed at the time of purchase will remain in your account until the 6th month expiration date. Available and expiring rewards can be viewed in your dashboard.
