Regulatory Compliance

French Parental Controls

France's Law No. 2022-300, effective July 13, 2024, requires manufacturers to install parental control systems on devices connected to the internet that are sold in France. This law applies to devices with operating systems and requires manufacturers of such devices to provide a pre-installed parental control system which can be activated by parents or guardians.

French Parental Controls DoC Addendums

If your product is not in one of the above addendums, please refer to the product’s EU DoC for proof of compliance.
