Please note: Our standard order delivery date is 4-9 days after Lenovo ships your product. We are aware of carrier delays due to COVID-19. Delivery date information is updated from carriers as it becomes available.

How do I check my order status?

Shortly after placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email containing a link to your Order Details page where you can view the latest status information and manage your order. Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order.

Estimated Ship Date

An estimated ship date will be provided on your Order Details page after your order is placed. Shipping times listed are estimates based on production time and product availability.

Ship dates do not include delivery times. Your delivery time will vary depending on the delivery method you selected at checkout and applies to the amount of time it takes for the product to be delivered by the carrier once it has shipped. Expedited shipping will not speed up order processing or any manufacturing time that may be applicable to your order. Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order.

Shipment Delays

While we make every effort to ship products according to the timelines provided, occasionally shipping can be delayed. If you chose any customizations when placing your order, your machine will be custom manufactured to meet the specifications you chose and estimated ship dates shown on your Order Details page may change as a result. Lenovo is not responsible for delays outside of our immediate control, including delays related to COVID-19, order processing, credit issues, inclement weather or unexpected increase in demand.

Any changes to shipping times will be communicated to you via email after your order has been placed. Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order.

Electronically Delivered or Pre-installed Products

Certain products cannot be physically shipped and will either be delivered electronically in a separate fulfillment email or come pre-installed in your system. Please access your Order Details page, which can be accessed through your Account or the link in your Lenovo order confirmation email to view the latest status information and manage these items.

Digital Games
In addition to your Lenovo order confirmation email, you will also receive a Gaming Activation Instructions email. Please check all folders in your inbox for this email, including the spam folder. Most digital games will be fulfilled in the form of a game code or key, which can be activated via the third-party online gaming platform for the game. Please refer to the email for details specific to your digital game purchase.

You can retrigger the Gaming Activation Instructions email anytime from your Order Details page. Your Order Details page can be accessed from the link in your Lenovo order confirmation email or through your Lenovo Account. On your Order Details page, scroll down to the Item Details section, locate your digital game product and click the “Reprint Game Key” link. A pop up will notify you that the email has been successfully sent.

If you never received the Gaming Activation Instructions email please Contact Us and have your Lenovo Order Number ready.

Please contact the publisher of the game directly if you are experiencing a problem with a delivered game code, key or instructions, or if you need help with downloading, activating or redeeming your game.

Shipment Delays

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

To help prevent fraud, we cannot change the shipping address after your order has been placed. Sign up for a UPS My Choice account to have your package held at a UPS Access Point near you.

When should I receive my order if I purchased Expedited Shipping?

Your delivery time will vary depending on the delivery method you selected at checkout and applies to the amount of time it takes for the product to be delivered once it has shipped. Expedited delivery will not speed up order processing or any manufacturing time that may be applicable to your order.

My order has shipped but I plan on returning it, should I refuse the delivery?

We do not recommend this because refusing the package will tag the package as undeliverable when it is returned to Lenovo, resulting in a 15% restocking fee assessed to the customer's account. Please accept the delivery and if you would still like to return your product(s), please Contact Us or you can request a return directly through your Order Details page, which can be accessed through your Account or the links in your Lenovo order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails.

Does Lenovo ship to offshore territories?

We ship to Puerto Rico, U.S Virgin Islands, and Guam.

Can I arrange for a specific delivery time since my package requires a signature for delivery?

Carriers are unable to provide a specific time for delivery however you may sign up for a UPS My Choice account, where an estimated window of time may be provided. If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, please check your tracking number to determine if your package is being held at a UPS Access Point or if it has been sent back to Lenovo.

*Customer may return an eligible Product in its original package to Lenovo for a full refund, less any applicable return shipping and handling fees and any applicable restocking fees as stated below. Customer may only return the entire Product or all such products for a refund. For purchases from Lenovo.com, all requests for returns must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of invoice. For purchases from Lenovo Outlet, all requests for returns must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of invoice. For purchases from LenovoPRO, all requests for returns must be submitted within 45 calendar days from the date of invoice. For purchases of Motorola Products, all requests for returns must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of invoice. Unless Lenovo ships the wrong Product(s) or makes an error in the configuration of the Product(s) ordered, returns of purchases of: 1) server and storage products; 2) orders for personal computing products in quantities greater than five (5) units; and 3) Product(s) submitted outside the allotted calendar days from the date of invoice, are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the price paid and return shipping and handling fees. Digital gaming products; partial refunds or credits for Products, including installation of software Product options; or quantities of Products that are not separately priced, are not available for return. To request a return, Customer must contact Lenovo to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Any authorized return must include the Product and all accessories in their original packaging. It must be received at the Lenovo National Return Center within 10 calendar days of issuance of the RMA. Returns on any other basis may be refused by Lenovo. Customer assumes risk of loss and damage for Products returned without an RMA. Upon receipt of your returned Product, Lenovo will issue a credit or refund of the purchase price paid, less any applicable return shipping and handling fees and any applicable restocking fees. Software Products acquired separately from a hardware Product may not be returned unless media-based software is unopened and still in its sealed package or, if delivered electronically, software that you have not accepted the terms of the software license. Customer may return the software Product in such an event within 30 calendar days of the date of invoice and receive a refund or credit in the amount of the price paid.

Lenovo Price Guarantee (After Purchase)

The Lenovo Price Guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of your invoice from Lenovo and it applies to any lower advertised unit price (not including shipping and taxes) of an identical Lenovo product on Lenovo.com, with a full refund of the price difference. All terms and conditions of your Lenovo personal computer purchase apply to the Lenovo Price Guarantee. The lower advertised unit price must be active on Lenovo.com at the time a price match is requested.

The lower price must be for the identical Lenovo product and product model number, up to a maximum purchase amount of $10,000. The Lenovo Price Guarantee is limited to a quantity of 5 Lenovo products annually per consumer or small business customer.

To seek a Price Guarantee refund, a customer must contact Lenovo Customer Service (1-855-253-6686 option 3) or chat within the 30 day period from the invoice date, and provide the active Lenovo.com page showing the lower advertised unit price of the identical Lenovo laptop or desktop personal computer offered on Lenovo.com (not including shipping and taxes).

The Lenovo Price Guarantee does not apply to products purchased for resale, outlet purchases, products advertised as Clearance, Doorbuster, or to pricing errors. The Lenovo Price Guarantee does not apply to products purchased anywhere other than on Lenovo.com. Additional restrictions may apply, and the Lenovo Price Guarantee is subject to prior Lenovo approval. Lenovo reserves the right to change or cancel this offering at any time.

Important Billing Information

Credit card authorization process:

During checkout, Lenovo will request a pre-authorization for the total order amount from your credit card company, this is not an actual charge. Once your order ships, your credit card will be charged. If you ordered more than one item, there may be multiple charges as items ship separately as they become available. This will not increase your shipping charges.

At times, we may have to re-authorize your credit card for the unshipped amount. This may result in a duplicate authorization that will be released according to your banks authorization hold policy. Again, this is a hold on the funds, not an actual charge.

Credit card security disclaimer:

Lenovo may perform additional security checks to help prevent any unauthorized charges to our customers. If you have correctly entered all your information and are unable to complete the checkout process, we may need further information for our security check. Sales Tax

Lenovo Sales tax applied at checkout may vary depending on a number of factors such as the item(s) purchased and shipping location. Applicable sales tax will be applied to all purchases made on Lenovo.com. If you are eligible for a tax exemption, please contact Lenovo Sales (1-855-253-6686 option 2) so that your order can be placed without sales tax.

Tax-Exempt Purchases

If you are eligible for a tax exemption, please contact Lenovo Sales (1-855-253-6686 option 2) so that your order can be placed without sales tax. If you qualify for a tax exemption but have already placed an order on Lenovo.com, please contact us for reimbursement of the tax amount. The reimbursement of the tax amount back to your original form of payment could take up to 90 days. We highly recommend placing your qualifying tax exempt order through Lenovo Sales to avoid the waiting period for reimbursement.

Where can I obtain a copy of my invoice?

Download your invoice on your Order Details page, which can be accessed through your Account or the link in your Lenovo order confirmation email. Please note that invoice(s) for your order will only be available once your order ships.

Removing a Bank Authorization

When you place an order, Lenovo contacts the issuing bank to confirm the validity of the payment method. Your bank reserves the funds until the transaction processes or the authorization expires, but this isn't an actual charge. We proceed with the actual charge when your item ships.

If your order is cancelled at any time for any reason, the bank may hold the authorization on your card for up to 10 business days. The authorization will be removed from your account according to the policies of your bank. You may request to reverse an authorization for a cancelled order before your banks authorization hold period by contacting Lenovo Credit Card Services (1-800-426-3325). This process can take 24-48 hours to complete depending on bank policies.

Note: International cards/banks holds could take up to 30 days to withdraw the authorization.
