If you chose any customizations when placing your order, your machine will be custom manufactured to meet the specifications you chose and estimated ship dates are subject to change. Once your order ships, OVP will reflect that information and provide your tracking number. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email.

I purchased expedited delivery. When should I expect to receive my order?

Your delivery time will vary depending on the delivery method selected at checkout and applies to the amount of time it takes for the product to be delivered once it has shipped. Expedited delivery will not speed up order processing or any manufacturing time that may be applicable to your order.

  • No restocking fee

  • Extended return window for orders placed between November 15 to December 15, 2018

For orders placed between November 15th to December 15th 2018, customers may return products and accessories purchased from Lenovo.com in quantities of five (5) units or less for a refund of the price paid through January 15, 2019. Outside of this window, customers may return products purchased from Lenovo.com in quantities of five (5) units or less within 30 calendar days from the date of invoice for a refund of the price paid.*

*If Lenovo ships the wrong product or makes an error in the configuration of the product ordered, customers may return the product in its original package to Lenovo for a full refund. It must be received at the Lenovo National Return Center within ten (10) calendar days of issuance of the RMA. Lenovo may refuse returns on any other basis. Customers assume risk of loss and damage for products returned without an RMA. Software Products acquired separately from a hardware product may not be returned unless media-based software is unopened and still in its sealed package or, if delivered electronically, software that you have not accepted the terms of the software license. For returns of electronically delivered software products, customer shall provide a letter of destruction to Lenovo, in a form provided by Lenovo, confirming the software product has been uninstalled and destroyed.

How to Cancel an Order+

Lenovo cannot guarantee cancellation or change to an order once it has been received. All cancellation requests will be reviewed to determine eligibility. Products that have already shipped or started the manufacturing process cannot be cancelled. Software delivered electronically cannot be cancelled at any point. After submitting a cancellation request, you will be notified via e-mail if the order was cancelled successfully or if we are unable to fulfill your request.

Why Was My Order Cancelled?+
Your order may have been cancelled due to one of the following reasons:
  • We are unable to ship your order to the address provided. We are unable to ship orders to PO boxes, hotels, freight forwarding or consolidation centers, 3rd party hubs, international exporters, or any address outside of North America.

Lenovo uses UPS as its standard carrier for all deliveries. UPS policy requires a signature for delivery to be made. Lenovo offers free standard shipping and free returns on nearly all products. Important Billing Information

Credit card authorization process:

During checkout, Lenovo will request a pre-authorization in the amount of $1.00 from your credit card company, this is not an actual charge. Once your order ships, your credit card will be charged. If you ordered more than one item, there may be multiple charges as items ship separately as they become available. This will not increase your shipping charges.
