NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.  Entry into the Member Appreciation Event FIFA Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) constitutes your acceptance of these Official Rules.

This Sweepstakes will be open from May 4, 2026, at 12:00am EST until May 31, 2026 at 11:59pm EST (collectively, the “Entry Period.”)

Open to all My Lenovo Rewards members who are (a) legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the United States, District of Columbia and Canada, and (ii) 18 years of age or older or who have otherwise reached the age of majority in the state/country in which they reside. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHEREVER RESTRICTED BY, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FILING OR REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS, OR IS OTHERWISE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.  Individuals employed by Lenovo (United States) Inc. (“Sponsor”), or its parent or affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and/or advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Parties”) at any time during the Entry Period, and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household, are not eligible. 

During the Entry Period, eligible entrants (“Entrants”) may enter the Sweepstakes by (a) visiting the My Lenovo Rewards dashboard located under “My Account” on the Lenovo.com website, and (b) exchanging 1,000 of Entrant’s available rewards points for one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Entrants may exchange up to 10,000 points per calendar day during the Entry Period, resulting in up to ten (10) entries into the Sweepstakes per day (1,000 rewards points per entry). 

To enter the Sweepstakes without taking the above actions, Entrants must be My Lenovo Rewards Members and must fill out a form with their full name, complete address, email address, and date of birth on this AMOE form.  Members may submit the AMOE form up to ten (10) times per calendar day during the Entry Period. All form entries must be sent during the Entry Period, and received on or before May 31, 2026, to be eligible for the Sweepstakes.

Bonus Entries are optional, free entries that eligible My Lenovo Rewards Members may earn after submitting at least one (1) standard Sweepstakes entry (either through their Rewards Dashboard or via the AMOE described above). Once a Member has submitted their initial Sweepstakes entry via any eligible entry method, under the “Featured Offers” section, the Bonus Entry opportunity will automatically appear in the Member’s “Earn Points” section of the Dashboard.

To receive a Bonus Entry, the Member must click on the designated Bonus Entry activity or fill out this bonus entry form, review and accept the applicable terms, and follow any additional on-screen instructions. Upon completion, the Member will receive the appropriate number of Bonus Entries, as outlined below.

Anniversary Bonus Entries (Members Enrolled for One Full Year or More)

Members will receive one (1) Bonus Entry for each full anniversary year they have been enrolled in My Lenovo Rewards, up to a maximum of seven (7) Bonus Entries. To qualify, Members must:

1. Submit at least one (1) standard Sweepstakes entry (either through their Rewards Dashboard or via the AMOE described above); and 

2. Click on the designated bonus entry activity to confirm and accept the terms and conditions
   

Anniversary Bonus Entries may only be awarded one time per Member during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

Bonus Entry for Members Enrolled Less than One (1) Full Year

Members who have been enrolled in My Lenovo Rewards for less than one (1) full year are eligible to receive one (1) Bonus Entry. To qualify, Members must:

1. Submit at least one (1) standard Sweepstakes entry (either through their Rewards Dashboard or via the AMOE described above); and 

2. Click on the designated Bonus Entry activity to confirm and accept the terms.

This one time Bonus Entry is awarded only once per Member during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

Entrants must follow all instructions provided by the Sponsor to enter. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on May 31, 2026. Any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules or that is deemed incomplete, inaccurate, or non compliant may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Entries may not be sexually explicit or suggestive; unnecessarily violent; derogatory of any ethnicity, race, gender, religion, sexual preference, disability or age group; or profane or pornographic. Additionally, entries may not defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging or libelous remarks about Sponsor (or its products or services), or other people and/or companies; contain any offensive or vulgar language; or depict any pornographic or illegal act. Any entries containing such subject matter or any other inappropriate content, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, will be considered ineligible and will not be part of the Sweepstakes.  

By submitting an entry, each Entrant agrees that his or her entry complies with these Official Rules. Each Entrant also agrees that Sponsor may disqualify the Entrant from the Sweepstakes if Sponsor believes, in its sole and absolute discretion, that an entry fails to comply with these Official Rules. If Sponsor rejects any entry, such entry will be disqualified and will not be considered a valid entry. The submission of an entry is solely the responsibility of the Entrant.  Entries may only be made according to the method described above. Automated entries (including but not limited to entries submitted using any robot, script, macro, or other automated services) are not permitted and will be disqualified. Only eligible entries received by Sweepstakes Parties will be eligible. Illegible, unintelligible, incomplete, or garbled entries will be disqualified.  

By submitting an entry, each Entrant agrees Sponsor shall own the entry submitted (including all copyrights thereto and all rights embodied therein) and that they and their designees may exploit, edit, publish, use, adapt, modify, copy, disseminate or dispose of any entry, the concepts embodied therein or any elements thereof, online, in print, film, television, or in any other media for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation or notification to the Entrant of any kind, except as prohibited by law.  

At 11:59pm ET on May 31, 2026, the Entry Period will be closed in its entirety.  On or about June 2, 2026, two (2) winning Entrants from the pool of eligible entries received during the Entry Period will be randomly selected to win the Prize. The winners will be notified by Sponsor on or about June 8, 2026, via email. 

Note: You are not a winner of any Prize until you have been verified as a winner by Sponsor.  Decisions of Sponsor are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.  

There will be a total of two (2) winners during the Sweepstakes who will each receive a trip for two (2) (i.e., for winner and one (1) guest) for an ultimate FIFA experience consisting of the following (collectively, the “Prize”):

1. Round trip economy air transportation for the winner and one (1) guest (collectively, the “Travelers”) from the metro airport closest to the winner’s residence (as determined by the Sponsor) to East Rutherford, NJ (“Destination”);

2. One (1) standard guest room at a 4-star hotel (based on double occupancy) for two (2) nights (July 18, 2026 and July 19, 2026, check out on July 20, 2026) in or around the Destination at a hotel to be selected by the Sweepstakes Parties;

3. Round trip ground transportation to/from Airport and the hotel (in the form of an Uber gift card to cover costs);

4. Two (2) tickets to attend the 2026 FIFA World Cup Finals at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey scheduled to take place on July 19, 2026;

5. Ground transportation to and from the hotel to the FIFA World Cup Finals Match;

6. Breakfast, lunch for three (3) days and dinner for two (2) days;

7. Concierge team;

8. Gift and Merchandise 

The total ARV of all Prizes in the Sweepstakes is approximately $124,000. Actual value may vary based on Prize particulars. Only the Prizes specified in the numbers indicated will be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or equivalent. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize or Prize component of equal or greater value should any Prize (or component thereof) become unavailable. Except as specifically provided herein, Prizes do not include insurance, personal expenses, incidental charges, gratuities, or any other items not specifically described in these Official Rules. All applicable taxes and usage charges on Prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. If required by law, Sponsor or its agents shall require payment from winner of taxes to be remitted to the appropriate taxing authorities. Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of and/or participation in Prize awarded. Sponsor makes no representation or warranties concerning the appearance, safety, performance of or participation in any Prize (or component thereof) awarded.  Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The following additional terms and conditions apply to the Prize awarded in this Sweepstakes:

1. All Prize particulars will be determined by the Sweepstakes Parties.

2. The winner must be available to travel during the specified dates (July 18, 2026 through July 20, 2026, or as otherwise specified by Sponsor.

3. Each Traveler must have reached the age of majority in his or her country of residence, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. 

4. Sponsor or any other Prize supplier may require a valid major credit card to be presented by a Traveler for deposit or damage protection purposes.  

5. If the winner elects to travel with a fewer number of guests than the number of guests provided in the Prize description above, no additional compensation will be awarded under any circumstances.

6. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuers.  Documentation that is reasonably necessary for the Sweepstakes Parties to book the Prize for the Travelers must be supplied upon request, failing which the Prize may be deemed to be forfeited, as determined by Sponsor.  

7. The Travelers are responsible for: ensuring they have all necessary travel documents prior to travel; any and all applicable taxes; any additional expenses not included in the Prize as described in these Official Rules.

8. The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for: any cancellations, alterations, delays, diversions or other changes to the trip itinerary; any costs or expenses incurred as a result of any changes to the trip itinerary; or any damages, loss or liability in the event any Traveler is denied the ability to travel, whether due to airport restrictions or otherwise.  The Sweepstakes Parties are only responsible for the Prize elements listed in these Official Rules, subject to the terms and conditions contained in these Official Rules. 

9. All tickets issued in connection with the Prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles.  Once reservations are made, they cannot be changed, save as otherwise determined by the Sweepstakes Parties.  

10. Winner Cancellation Policy:

1. Minimum Notice Requirement. If a verified winner is unable or unwilling to accept or use the Prize after verification, the winner must notify the Sponsor in writing (via email to the contact specified in the Winners List section) as soon as reasonably practicable, but in no event later than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the scheduled departure date. Failure to provide timely notice may result in forfeiture of the Prize without any compensation or substitute prize, in addition to any other forfeiture rights reserved by Sponsor under these Official Rules.

2. Cancellation After Booking. If a winner cancels after the Sponsor has made non-refundable travel arrangements (including but not limited to airfare, hotel accommodations, or event tickets), the winner acknowledges that: (i) the Prize shall be deemed forfeited; (ii) no cash equivalent, substitute prize, or partial prize value shall be awarded; and (iii) the winner may be responsible for reimbursing the Sponsor for any non-recoverable costs incurred, up to the actual out-of-pocket expenses paid by the Sponsor.

3. Alternate Winner Selection. In the event of a winner cancellation, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion and subject to time and logistical constraints, select an alternate winner from the pool of eligible entries. Selection of an alternate winner is not guaranteed, particularly if cancellation occurs less than fourteen (14) days prior to the travel dates.

4. Guest Cancellation. If a winner's designated guest is unable to travel, the winner may designate a substitute guest, subject to Sponsor approval and provided sufficient time remains to make necessary arrangements. If no substitute guest is designated or approved, the winner may travel alone, and no additional compensation shall be provided for the unused guest accommodations.

5. Excused Cancellations. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, waive or modify the cancellation policy in cases of documented medical emergency, death in the immediate family, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond the winner's reasonable control. Any such waiver shall not constitute a precedent or obligate the Sponsor to grant similar waivers in other cases.

Winners will be notified by email on or about June 8, 2026.  Potential winner may be asked to verify eligibility and sign a Release & Waiver of Liability. Verification must be completed within forty-eight (48) hours of the potential winner’s notification. Upon confirming verification, the relevant Prize will be delivered to the winner.  Please allow sufficient time for receipt and/or arrangement of Prize. 

Failure to verify eligibility within forty-eight (48) hours may result in disqualification and an alternative potential winner may be selected. If a Canadian resident is determined to be a potential Prize winner, he/she will be required to correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question in order to be eligible to receive a Prize. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, is not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept the Prize, does not comply with Sponsor’s instructions, incorrectly answers the skill-testing question (for Canadian residents only), or if the Prize is returned as undeliverable, the Prize may be forfeited, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If any potential winner forfeits a Prize, then the Prize may be awarded to an alternate winner, selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received during the Entry Period, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sweepstakes Parties shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding the Prize for any reason. The Prize will only be awarded to a verified winner. Should a winner make any false statement(s) in any document referenced above, the winner will be required to promptly return to Sponsor his/her Prize.  By accepting a Prize, Entrants consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, photograph and/or likeness, voice, and statements made by or attributed to them, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed (including, without limitation, print, broadcast and Internet), for all legitimate business purposes, including advertising, articles and other marketing and promotional activities, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.  Upon delivery of the Prize to the winner, Sponsor will be deemed to have awarded the Prize.   

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.  By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules which shall be final and binding with respect to all issues relating to this Sweepstakes.  It is your responsibility to ensure that you have complied with all of the conditions contained in the Official Rules. Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, stolen, illegible or incomplete entries, or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur.  Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for any problems, failures or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, email, players or browsers, on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at any website, or on account of any combination of the foregoing. Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for any injury or damage to participants or to any computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Sweepstakes.  If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sweepstakes Parties which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation.  Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, or who Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption or damage will be disqualified. CAUTION:  ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  Sponsor reserves the right to correct any typographical, printing, computer programming or operator errors. 

By submitting an entry, Entrant acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor may obtain many entries in connection with this Sweepstakes and/or other giveaways staged and/or promoted by Sponsor or produce materials similar to such entries, and that such entries may be similar or identical in theme, idea, format or other respects to other entries submitted in connection with this Sweepstakes. Entrant waives any and all claims Entrant may have had, may have, and/or may have in the future, that any entry and/or other works accepted, reviewed and/or used by the Entrant may be similar to his/her entry, or that any compensation is due to Entrant in connection with such entry or other works used by Sponsor

By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and forever discharge the Sponsor and all other Sweepstakes Parties, and all of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, related entities, advertising and promotional agencies, prize suppliers, fulfillment companies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, insurers, licensees, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Releasees"), from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, losses, damages, judgments, penalties, costs, expenses, and liabilities of any kind whatsoever, whether known or unknown, asserted or unasserted, now existing or hereafter arising, including without limitation attorneys' fees, costs of investigation, and costs of litigation, and whether based on contract, tort, statute, strict liability, negligence (including the sole, joint, or concurrent negligence of any of the Releasees), or any other legal or equitable theory.

Entrants further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless each of the Releasees from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, losses, damages, judgments, penalties, costs, expenses, and liabilities of any kind whatsoever, including without limitation attorneys' fees and costs of investigation and litigation, whether asserted by Entrant or any third party, arising out of, relating to, or in any way connected with: (i) Entrant's participation or attempted participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity; (ii) the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use, misuse, loss, or nonuse of any Prize, in whole or in part, or any travel, activity, or experience related to any Prize (or any component thereof); (iii) any breach or alleged breach of these Official Rules; (iv) any violation of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or third-party right by Entrant; (v) any claims for personal injury, death, emotional distress, damage to or loss or destruction of property (including Entrant's property), or any other harm; (vi) any dispute between Entrant and any third party, including other Entrants; (vii) any use by Sponsor or the Releasees of Entrant's name, likeness, image, voice, biographical information, or any other personal attribute for advertising, publicity, or promotional purposes; and/or (viii) any act, omission, or alleged misconduct by Entrant in connection with the Sweepstakes.

Entrant hereby waives any and all rights under Section 1542 of the California Civil Code (or any analogous law of any other jurisdiction), which provides: "A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party." The obligations of Entrant under this provision shall survive the termination or expiration of the Sweepstakes.  

By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to Sponsor’s use of their personal information for both online and offline direct marketing purposes. You may review Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at: https://www.lenovo.com/us/en/privacy/.  Your personal information may be shared with the other Sweepstakes Parties. The individual Sweepstakes Parties are solely responsible for their use of this information. 

Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that (i) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any Prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the Entrant; (ii) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (iii) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.  Under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than Entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants and Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflicts of laws rules.
