Full-Time Opportunities

The Global Supply Chain Rotational Program is set to develop the future leaders of one of the world’s top supply chains and operations. New hires will complete four challenging 6-month assignments over a two-year period, developing a broad base of understanding across Supply Chain, Business Intelligence, and Engineering.

Program Timeline

  • The 2-year program consists of four six-month rotations and provides exposure to all facets of the end-to-end global supply chain.

  • Before your first rotation, you will spend 4 weeks in Manufacturing, where you are expected to learn from diverse areas such as Production Control, Assembly, Test, and Complex.

  • Then you will be ready to begin your rotations learning more about our global supply chain operations.

  • After 2 years, you'll be ready to find a final placement within Lenovo.

Our development plan is designed to improve the skills of program members, both soft and hard, which includes creating and carrying out personalized initiatives. The goal is to ensure a variety of skills that help succeed in Lenovo’s dynamic global supply chain. The ultimate aim is to have highly skilled professionals upon completion of the program, equipped with the diverse expertise needed to thrive in  Lenovo's multifaceted global environment.

Basic Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in English.

  • Have completed your university studies between 2022 - June 2024 with a degree in the following areas: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

  • Interest in developing yourself within the Engineering area of the Global Supply Chain.

  • Able to think on your feet and brainstorm fresh ideas while keeping up with the fast-paced nature of today’s global supply chain.

  • Able to drive valuable insights from data to make recommendations and·sound business decisions.

  • Curious about new technological advancements and eager for the opportunity to make an impact and grow your career in a global technology company.
