How do I check my order status?

Shortly after placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email containing a link to your Order Details page where you can view the latest status information and manage your order. Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order.

Estimated Ship Date

An estimated ship date will be provided on your Order Details page after your order is placed. Shipping times listed are estimates based on production time and product availability.

Ship dates do not include delivery times. Your delivery time will vary depending on the delivery method you selected at checkout and applies to the amount of time it takes for the product to be delivered by the carrier once it has shipped. Expedited shipping will not speed up order processing or any manufacturing time that may be applicable to your order. Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order.

If you chose any customizations when placing your order, your machine will be custom manufactured to meet the specifications you chose and estimated ship dates shown on your Order Details page may change as a result. Lenovo is not responsible for delays outside of our immediate control, including delays related to COVID-19, order processing, credit issues, inclement weather or unexpected increase in demand.

Electronically Delivered or Pre-installed Products

Certain products cannot be physically shipped and will either be delivered electronically in a separate fulfillment email or come pre-installed in your system. Please access your Order Details page, which can be accessed through your Account or the link in your Lenovo order confirmation email to view the latest status information and manage these items.

Digital Games
In addition to your Lenovo order confirmation email, you will also receive a Gaming Activation Instructions email. Please check all folders in your inbox for this email, including the spam folder. Most digital games will be fulfilled in the form of a game code or key, which can be activated via the third-party online gaming platform for the game. Please refer to the email for details specific to your digital game purchase.

You can retrigger the Gaming Activation Instructions email anytime from your Order Details page. Your Order Details page can be accessed from the link in your Lenovo order confirmation email or through your Lenovo Account. On your Order Details page, scroll down to the Item Details section, locate your digital game product and click the “Reprint Game Key” link. A pop up will notify you that the email has been successfully sent.

If you never received the Gaming Activation Instructions email please Contact Us and have your Lenovo Order Number ready.

Please contact the publisher of the game directly if you are experiencing a problem with a delivered game code, key or instructions, or if you need help with downloading, activating or redeeming your game.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

To help prevent fraud, we cannot change the shipping address after your order has been placed. Sign up for a UPS My Choice account to have your package held at a UPS Access Point near you.

When should I receive my order if I purchased Expedited Shipping?

Your delivery time will vary depending on the delivery method you selected at checkout and applies to the amount of time it takes for the product to be delivered once it has shipped. Expedited delivery will not speed up order processing or any manufacturing time that may be applicable to your order.

My order has shipped but I plan on returning it, should I refuse the delivery?

We do not recommend this because refusing the package will tag the package as undeliverable when it is returned to Lenovo, resulting in a 15% restocking fee assessed to the customer's account. Please accept the delivery and if you would still like to return your product(s), please Contact Us or you can request a return directly through your Order Details page, which can be accessed through your Account or the links in your Lenovo order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails.

Does Lenovo ship to offshore territories?

We ship to Puerto Rico, U.S Virgin Islands, and Guam.

Can I arrange for a specific delivery time since my package requires a signature for delivery?

Carriers are unable to provide a specific time for delivery however you may sign up for a UPS My Choice account, where an estimated window of time may be provided. If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, please check your tracking number to determine if your package is being held at a UPS Access Point or if it has been sent back to Lenovo.
