My Lenovo Rewards is Lenovo's loyalty programme for individual customers. Members earn Rewards on eligible purchases, accumulate Rewards points and use those Rewards points to make savings on future qualifying purchases.

My Lenovo Rewards is designed to be simple.

2. Sign in to your Lenovo account.
3. Make eligible purchases.
4. Earn Rewards points.
5. Track activity in the My Rewards Dashboard.
6. Use available Rewards points to make savings on future qualifying purchases.

How do I sign up for My Lenovo Rewards?
Joining My Lenovo Rewards is free and only takes a few moments.
If you already have a Lenovo account, simply sign in and enrol in My Lenovo Rewards from the My Account page.
If you're new to Lenovo, you can create a Lenovo account and join My Lenovo Rewards as part of the registration process.
You may also see opportunities to join My Lenovo Rewards throughout the Lenovo website, including prompts to Join, Join Now or Join or Sign In. These touchpoints provide a quick and convenient way to enrol and start earning Rewards on eligible purchases.
Once enrolled, qualifying purchases and eligible activities can begin earning Rewards points.
Is My Lenovo Rewards the same as My Account?
No.
My Lenovo Rewards is connected to your Lenovo account, but it is not the same thing as your account itself. Members access the My Rewards Dashboard through My Account. Customers who do not already have an account will have one created as part of the registration process.
How do I earn My Lenovo Rewards points?
Members earn Rewards points through eligible purchases and qualifying engagement activities. Rewards points may be earned on eligible Lenovo.com purchases and through additional activities shown within the My Rewards Dashboard.
The programme may also offer promotional opportunities that increase earning rates through bonus multipliers.
What are engagement activities?
My Lenovo Rewards offers a variety of engagement activities that allow members to earn additional Rewards points.
These activities can vary over time and are displayed within the My Rewards Dashboard. Examples can include profile completion, participation activities and other member actions.
How are My Lenovo Rewards points calculated?
Rewards points are calculated using the qualifying order value before VAT, shipping and payment charges. The total Rewards value associated with an order may be displayed during the purchase process.
What are pending Rewards?
Pending Rewards are Rewards points that have been issued but are not yet available for redemption.
Pending Rewards can be viewed within the My Rewards Dashboard and become available 30 days after the order has shipped.
How soon will I see Rewards points after a purchase?
Pending Rewards generally appear in the My Rewards Dashboard within 24 hours of a qualifying purchase.
You can monitor the status of your Rewards points through the My Rewards Dashboard.
How do I track my Rewards points?
Track your Rewards points through the My Rewards Dashboard.
The My Rewards Dashboard allows you to view:
- Pending Rewards points
- Available Rewards points
- Expiring Rewards points

- Referral activity
How do I redeem My Lenovo Rewards points?
Rewards points can be redeemed during checkout on qualifying purchases.
Members can apply available Rewards points during the payment process, adjust the amount used or choose to save them for a future purchase.
Can I use all of my Rewards points on an order?
Available Rewards points may be applied as part of payment during checkout.
Customers can use all or part of their available Rewards balance and combine Rewards points with other qualifying payment methods according to programme rules.
Can I save Rewards points for a future purchase?
Yes.
Members can accumulate Rewards points and save them for future qualifying purchases, subject to the programme's expiry policy.
Do My Lenovo Rewards points expire?
Yes.
Rewards points expire six months after reaching earned status. Expiry information can be viewed in the My Rewards Dashboard.
What happens if I return a purchase?
If Rewards points were redeemed on a purchase that is later returned or cancelled, the associated Rewards points are credited back to the account after the return or cancellation has been processed.
Can I earn Rewards by referring a friend?
Yes.
Members can earn Rewards through the referral programme. Both the referring member and the referred customer may earn Rewards points when programme qualification requirements have been satisfied.
Do I get additional Rewards during my birthday month?
Members who have added their birthday information can earn 2X Rewards during their birthday month.
My Lenovo Rewards for Students
