Striving for balance
We know that businesses thrive when there's equality among gender - at all levels of an organization. Thanks to global initiatives like the Women’s Leadership Development Program, women represent 18.2% of all individuals promoted to executive ranks within Lenovo, and Chairman and CEO, Yang Yuanqing has doubled his number of female direct reports since 2016.
