The UKCA (UK Conformity Assessed) marking
and certification
scheme
replaces the CE mark and certification scheme for goods being placed
on the market in Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland) from
the 1st Jan 2021 .
CE certified products will still be accepted until 31st Dec 2021.
The UK DoC is a document that confirms a product’s conformance to the
United Kingdom’s UKCA certification requirements. The Lenovo product
UK DoC lists the applicable UK legislation and standards against which
compliance has been assessed.
For products with no wireless interface, a typical ITE (Information
Technology Equipment) UK DoC covers the EMC, Low Voltage (Product
Safety), ErP (Eco Design), and Restriction of certain Hazardous
Substances (RoHS) legislation.
For products with a wireless interface, a typical ITE (Information
Technology Equipment) UK DoC covers the Radio Equipment Law (which
includes EMC and Product Safety), ErP (Eco Design), and Restriction of
certain Hazardous Substances (RoHS) legislation.
The UK Radio Equipment Law compliance information is located within
the regulatory notices document, which can be found on
the Lenovo Support website.
(To locate the regulatory notices document, on the support page enter
the product name in the "Search Support" box and click the product
name in the subsequent dropdown. Then, on the following page in the
