These communication devices are developed, designed and tested to comply with the many wireless and telecom agency requirements throughout the world. This compliance ensures that these devices do not cause any harm to the wireless networks and Public Switching Telecommunication Networks (PSTN). Lenovo integrates the principles of ISO 9001:2008 within its overall management system. In order to verify continued conformance to ISO 9001:2008 requirements, Bureau Veritas Certification (BVC), our global registrar, regularly evaluates Lenovo’s Quality Management System through on-site audits. Lenovo’s ISO 9001 Corporate Certificate is issued by BVC and confirms Lenovo’s status as a certified ISO 9001:2008 organization.

ISO 14001:2004 is a standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization. The standard specifies requirements for an Environmental Management System (EMS) which enable an organization to develop and implement an environmental policy and objectives which take into account legal requirements and other requirements to which the organization subscribes, and information about significant environmental aspects. It applies to those environmental aspects that the organization identifies as those which it can control and those which it can influence. The Standard does not itself state specific environmental performance criteria. Lenovo contracts with Bureau Veritas Certification (BVC) to certify its global environmental management system.
Lenovo’s ISO 14001 Corporate Certificate represents BVC’s confirmation that Lenovo established, implemented, maintains and continues to improve an environmental management system in conformance with Lenovo’s environmental policy and the ISO 14001:2004 Standard.

ISO 27001:2013 is an international standard that specifies the requirements for an Information Security Management System (ISMS). An ISMS is a systematic approach for establishing, implementing, operating, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving an organization's information security to achieve business objectives. It includes people, processes and IT systems by applying a risk management process.
Accredited certification to ISO 27001 demonstrates an organization is following international information security best practices. Lenovo’s ISO 27001 Beijing Datacenter Certificate is issued by British Standards International (BSI) and confirms the Lenovo Beijing Datacenter status as a certified ISO 27001:2013 organization. The scope of this certification is limited to, “The provision of operation and management services of relevant production systems and infrastructure in Beijing Datacenter to support Lenovo global core business.”
OHSAS 18001
IOHSAS 18001 is the internationally recognized standard for occupational health and safety management systems based on the similar ISO 9001 Plan - DO - Check - Act structure. OHSAS 18001 enables an organization to retain control and knowledge of all relevant hazards resulting from normal operations and unusual situations.
OHSAS 18001 is designed to improve an organization’s performance by requiring organizations to demonstrate appropriate health and safety policies, procedures and protocols.
