The Journey So Far...
From artists to bakers to shoemakers, Lenovo Evolve Small has supported small businesses across North America since 2021. Alongside our partners, we've supercharged more than 5,000 businesses, providing them with over $3.6M in technology and financial aid, mentorship and community support.
In 2022, we recruited Hollywood royalty, Queen Latifah. Her support, combined with innovative AI technology, meant small businesses were able to get a personal superstar endorsement along with powerful tech and support. Big things for small business.
Since then, Lenovo Evolve Small has been providing tools and resources to help small businesses thrive in the age of AI. We’re offering solutions that save time, one of the most precious resources for every small business owner.

Not for profit partner Goodie Nation is the trusted, multicultural community for post-accelerator diverse founders and social entrepreneurs. Goodie Nation leads our Evolve Small Mentorship Program, which is a yearlong program where our grant recipients receive personalized mentorship to assist with personal, professional, and business development.
Goodie Nation pairs each grant recipient with a Performance Partner who serves as a dedicated business coach. Through a series of weekly huddles and monthly 1:1’s, the Goodie Nation team coaches small business founders in key functions such as sales, marketing, hiring, technology and encourages knowledge sharing across the cohort. This community provides the space for each founder to dive into the details on progress and challenges to pave the way for the company’s success and growth.
