Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) EU DoC: Regulation (EU) 2025/40 on packaging and packaging waste (PPWR) establishes conformity requirements for packaging. Where applicable, a separate PPWR EU Declaration of Conformity confirms that the packaging complies with the relevant requirements of the PPWR. The PPWR EU DoC identifies the packaging, the responsible manufacturer, applicable EU legislation, and relevant harmonized standards, common specifications, or other technical specifications used to demonstrate conformity.
