Success Stories

Zsombor Kara

GSC Rotational Program Member

Participating in my rotation within the CSP Order Execution team provided me with deep exposure to end to end supply chain operations in a fast paced, high volume environment. I took ownership of key operational reports, supported daily production and material planning activities, and led automation and reporting improvements that increased efficiency and reduced manual effort. Through this experience, I strengthened my analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills while gaining a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing, logistics, and order execution processes.

Peter Molnar

GSC Rotational Program Member

During my rotation in Automation Engineering, I worked on real manufacturing automation projects from concept through commissioning. I led the laser etching project during installation and handover, reduced scrap and operator time, and resolved technical issues that accelerated commissioning by several weeks. I also supported the expansion of the BUD AGV fleet by introducing a new transport process and designing AGV compatible carts, reducing engineering intervention from a daily activity to once per quarter. This rotation gave me hands on experience in automation project delivery, supplier coordination, and standardization efforts across sites.

István Szente

GSC Rotational Program Member

During my rotation in Process Engineering, I supported manufacturing through hands on product industrialization, process implementation, and continuous improvement activities. I provided daily on site engineering support to stabilize production, documented and standardized manufacturing processes, and delivered targeted trainings for operators and line leaders. I contributed to multiple assembly line development and played a key role in optimizing the material handover process, including designing a ticketing system that significantly reduced production stops caused by handover errors. In parallel, I led and supported several data driven tools such as BuildTimeTracker, manpower capacity automation, live production visualization, and DirectTracker, gaining strong experience in process ownership, data based decision support, and cross functional collaboration.

Botond Csatlós

GSC Rotational Program Member

During my rotation in Business Excellence – Software Development, I delivered multiple end to end digital solutions in response to real operational and leadership needs. I contributed to the upgrade of a core manufacturing data and execution platform by introducing modern data streaming technologies, improving database scalability, resilience, and performance by approximately 200%. I led and delivered two full stack application projects, including a live production dashboard developed through a Kaizen initiative and a custom event access and participation tracking tool tested during Health Week. In parallel, I designed the core architecture of the Build Time Tracker and supported site communication and continuous improvement through executive materials, a six edition Digital Transformation Newsletter, and contributions to the digitalized Ideabox.
