The following terms and conditions apply to the EDU Giveaway Promotion ("The Promotion") at Lenovo.com/ph.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in The Promotion. By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Submission Period: Jun 1, 2025 - Jun 30, 2025
Winner Announcement Date: On or before Jul 31, 2025
Expected Prize Delivery Period: Before Aug 31, 2025

1. The Promotion is valid from Jun 1, 2025 until Jun 30, 2025 ("The Promotion Period").

2. To take part in this campaign, participants must:
  (1) Philippines residents and reach the age of 18 on or before Jun 1, 2025.
  (2) Register as a member in Lenovo Education Store during The Promotion Period
  (3) Answer the question in submission form

3. The winner will be chosen based on the winning criteria below:
  Creativity: Participants must creatively describe how Lenovo AI PC can transform their learning.
  Originality: Unique and original standout ideas will be favored.

4. The participant with the most outstanding submission will receive a Lenovo Tab as the prize ("The Prize"). One winner will be selected for this promotion.

5. The promotion will only appear on the homepage during The Promotion Period.

6. The winner will be announced by Jul 31, 2025, and will be contacted via email for the Prize redemption.

7. The Prize is scheduled for delivery by Aug 31, 2025.

8. The Prize obtained from the Promotion is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-refundable.

9. Lenovo reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an equal or greater value should the Prize become unavailable.

10. Lenovo Philippines Inc.'s decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
