321 Coffee’s mission is to provide meaningful employment to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Partnering with Lenovo helped them leverage technology, which was used to grow their business and train over 60 employees. This wonderful partnership continues in 2025 and beyond, where we’ll implement new AI tools to continue supporting their thriving business.

The Plant Project

The Plant Project is growing from a small business into a thriving community with the help of the Lenovo Evolve Small program.

Royal Cheesecake

Raleigh-based bakery Royal Cheesecake & Varieties upgrades its popular dessert food trucks with help from a Lenovo Evolve Small grant—serving up a better experience for both customers and employees.

Building a More Efficient Kitchen

Toronto-based Grenadian bakery NutmegSpiced develops unique treats that combine two cultures. Armed with new Lenovo solutions powered by Intel Core Ultra, NutmegSpiced transformed their kitchen to a high-efficiency space – streamlining front-of-house and back-of-house communications, supporting operational efficiency, and improving customer experience.

Leveraging Tech to Expand Business

In just two years, Sneaker Doodle has created a global fanbase for their Atlanta-based custom shoe design business, but quickly realized they needed to expand to new locations. With the help of Lenovo technology fueled by Intel Core Ultra products, they’re now set up for success for all of the new places the fun takes them.

With support from Lenovo, Blush Cowork implemented new technology into their coworking spaces to help empower women to collaborate and flourish without the stress of securing childcare. Blush believes that childcare should not be a luxury, and realizes what a huge factor reliable, safe childcare plays in any parent’s potential to be productive or creative.

Empowering Women to Feel Happier and Healthier

Supported by Lenovo, Fit Body by Ashley is creating workout videos faster than ever, building a stronger brand presence, and helping more women improve their physical and mental wellbeing.

Inspiring the Community Through Dance

With Lenovo, Fit4Dance now has the innovative technology to expand its dance workout programs and help more women of all ages and races get in great shape.

We’ve taken Lenovo Evolve Small on the road across North America by partnering with the Carolina Panthers, Dallas Cowboys, NC State, 321 Coffee and more to provide valuable tech support and solutions for small businesses, powered by our partners at Intel and Microsoft.

Empowering the Heart of Texas with the Dallas Cowboys

We took Lenovo Evolve Small on the road and kicked off the inaugural Empowering the Heart of Texas contest with the Dallas Cowboys in October! Check out these 10 businesses that received $5,000 tech upgrades and the experience of a lifetime at the AT&T Stadium.

321 Coffee Roasting Facility + AI

Through the Evolve Small program, Lenovo’s Product Diversity Office and AppliedAIstudios partnered together to create a custom AI solution for 321’s roasting facility, building an environment that allows the roasting team of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to be independent in their jobs.

Empowering the Carolinas with the Carolina Panthers

For the 3rd year in a row, Lenovo and the Carolina Panthers partnered to host the Empowering the Carolinas contest. After over 650 nominations, 10 local small businesses each received $5,000 tech upgrades, on-field recognition and even more.

Data Trade Gateway Grant

Lenovo and NC State partnered together for a second year to provide Historically Black Colleges and Universities with access to analytics software, providing an opportunity to work with and impact local black-owned small businesses. Check out datatradegateway.com to learn more.
