  • What is the MyLenovo Rewards Program?

    MyLenovo Rewards is Lenovo’s loyalty program for US Lenovo.com, LenovoPRO, and affinity customers. As a MyLenovo Rewards member, you will earn reward points up to 3% of paid purchases as well as access to special promotions & product announcements. Rewards are redeemable toward future purchases.

  • How to sign up for MyLenovo Rewards?

    Enroll for MyLenovo Rewards and select the opt-in for MyLenovo Rewards .

  • I haven’t received my Welcome email

    Be sure to check your junk mail. If you are still unable to locate your welcome email after 24 hours, please call our customer service team and provide the name and email registered for MyLenovo Rewards

  • Is MyLenovo Rewards the same as “Account home” on lenovo.com?

    No, but members access their rewards dashboard through Account home. Rewards registration is available through your "Account home".

  • Where can I find the status of my rewards?

    Rewards can be viewed when you sign into your LenovoPRO account, under “My Rewards”.

  • How do I reset my “My Account” password? I can’t remember my password?

    No, MyLenovo Rewards can only be associated with 1 email address.

  • Can I combine and/or consolidate multiple Lenovo accounts?

  • Do I have to sign-in before making a purchase?

  • Will I earn points on Lenovo Outlet purchases?


  • What happens to my rewards if I cancel or return an order?

  • Can I earn rewards on Data Center products, Lenovo Managed services, or Software Subscriptions?

    Rewards cannot be earned or redeemed on Lenovo Data Center products, Lenovo Managed services, or Software Subscriptions.

  • What does 2x or 3x points mean?

    MyLenovo Rewards offers bonus point multiplier events such as 2x and 3x. This allows members to earn bonus points on your purchases, 2x is calculated as 6% and 3x is calculated as 9% back in reward points.

  • How do I earn rewards?

    Earn up to 3%-9% rewards on all paid purchases on Lenovo.com, LenovoPRO, or affinity stores. View “Account home” for other activities that can earn you rewards.

  • How are points calculated?

    Rewards are calculated on your subtotal before taxes, shipping and payment. Total order reward value can be viewed in cart.

  • What are pending rewards?

    Pending rewards are rewards issued but not yet redeemable. Rewards are available for redemption 30-day post invoice. Pending rewards can be viewed in your MyLenovo Rewards account dashboard.

  • Are my Rewards calculated pre or post tax?

    Rewards are calculated pretax.

  • How soon after my purchase will I see my rewards earned in my account?

    Pending rewards will show in your account dashboard within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Can I earn points for purchases made before I was a MyLenovo Rewards member?

    Rewards are not retroactive and cannot be applied to orders prior to enrollment.

  • What are engagement activities?

    MyLenovo Rewards has a variety of different activities for members to participate located in your rewards dashboard such as surveys, sweepstakes, product reviews, and more! If you have questions or concerns on your engagement activities please contact our customer service team 1-855-253-6686, option 1, available Monday - Friday 9am-9pm (EST).

  • Is there a limit to the rewards I can earn?

    Yes, there is an annual limit of $2,000 in MyLenovo Rewards. Members can still shop but after earning $2000 in Rewards in the same calendar year your purchases will not be eligible for Rewards.

  • How can I redeem MyLenovo Rewards?

    MyLenovo Rewards are redeemable in cart at the time of checkout. Available rewards will automatically be applied to all orders. Edit or remove applied rewards in cart in ‘Payment Method’. Rewards applied to orders will also be displayed on the in-cart order summary.

  • Can I pay for my order with multiple payment methods?


  • What if I don't have enough Rewards to buy what I want? How do I combine other forms of payment?

    Redeemable awards can be easily applied in cart at the time of checkout. Use as many or as few to pay for all or partial payment. Select the rewards in the payment field and add additional payment methods.

  • Can I use my rewards to pay for my entire order?

    Rewards cannot be redeemed on taxes or expedited shipping.

  • Do MyLenovo Rewards expire?

    Yes, rewards expire 6 months after they become earned status. Rewards will expire at the end of the 6th month. To access your earned points status, please visit your MyLenovo Rewards dashboard. Look out for MyLenovo Rewards email notifications that include information on the status of your points.

  • What if I use only a portion of the value of the Reward? What happens to the remaining value of the Reward?

    Rewards not redeemed at the time of purchase will remain in your account until the 6th month expiration date. Available and expiring rewards can be viewed in your dashboard.

  • If my points expire, can I get my points retroactively if I wanted to buy an item using MyLenovo Rewards but at the time was out of stock?

    Once your rewards are expired, we are not able to retroactively adjust your points balance

  • MyLenovo Rewards Survey Activity

  • Customers must enroll in MyLenovo Rewards in order to receive the rewards dollars.

  • Rewards will expire after 6 months if are not used.

  • Offer only available to US customers.

  • How do I complete a survey for points?

  • For customers who already are signed up for MyLenovo Rewards, go to “Account home”, select “See My Rewards”, Under Earn Points you will find the Survey activity, select on the survey, fill out the questions and submit. You will see the awarded points reflect on your dashboard once completed.

  • What are the surveys used for?

  • These surveys help MyLenovo Rewards team get your feedback to make improvements to our program. We love hearing from you!

  • Can I take a survey more than once?

  • No, you are not able to take more than one survey. Check back next month for a new survey!

  • How often are there new surveys?

  • There are new surveys every month. You can complete 1 survey per month.

  • MyLenovo Rewards Purchase Experience Survey Sweepstakes

  • A Purchase Experience Survey is emailed to LenovoPRO registered customers after their order is delivered.

  • Customers will have the option to take the survey and opt in to the drawing for a chance to win $100 in MyLenovo Rewards points.

  • In order to be eligible, customers must be registered with LenovoPRO and MyLenovo Rewards. A link will be provided to sign up for Rewards in the survey.
