Klarna Credit is an affordable and highly flexible financing option which is offered at the checkout of online stores. The open-end line of credit is issued by WebBank in partnership with Klarna, and it allows you to pay for your purchases over time.

How do I sign up to use Klarna?

When you shop at Lenovo, you will see Klarna pay over time as one of your payment method options. Click on 'Apply Now' and complete your application. You will know instantly if you are approved!

How does financing with Klarna work?

It’s simple! Buy at Lenovo and pay for your purchases over time. Just choose the payment option that works best for you at checkout and accept the terms. You will know in seconds if you are approved, then complete your purchase. The order amount will be added to your monthly statement. Klarna will let you know once your statement is ready so you can make your payment. You will receive an email notification of your purchase from Klarna and you can manage your account at Klarna.com.

Why wasn’t my purchase approved with Klarna?

If Klarna is not able to approve your purchase, they will notify you of the decision and the reason.

Does Klarna protect my personal information?

Your privacy and security is very important to Klarna, and the solution is designed to prevent unauthorized use and to protect your personal information. To achieve this, Klarna uses security measures that include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings. They also maintain other physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect this information and limit access to information to those employees for whom access is appropriate.

What is the Annual Percentage Rate?

The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for standard purchases is 19.99%. However, the APR may vary for special offers and promotional purchases and for some select merchants it’s 0.99% APR during the promotion. Is there an annual fee?

There is NO annual fee to use Klarna.

What is my credit line?

Your credit line is available on your account statement. To view your statement, log in at Klarna.com

How do I dispute a purchase on my Klarna account?

If you discover that a purchase or charge was made in your name that you did not make or authorize, you must file a claim in writing with Klarna within 60 days of the date the charge first appears on your Klarna statement. Will there be a change to my planned monthly payments if Lenovo provides a partial refund?

There will not be a change to your monthly payments if you receive a partial refund from Lenovo. Your payments will remain the same and you will pay off the balance sooner.

How do I increase my credit line?

Klarna frequently reviews your account to make sure you have an optimal credit line available. If a line increase is right for you, Klarna will automatically make it available.

Does Klarna check my credit report?

When you apply, Klarna works with WebBank to obtain and evaluate your credit report and other credit-related information in order to assess creditworthiness. Once approved, Klarna may also receive periodic updates to your report which have no impact on your credit score. Klarna may periodically pull updates to your credit report for line increases and ongoing servicing of the account.

What is WebBank and how is it related to Klarna?

WebBank is the lender of your Klarna account. It is an FDIC-insured, state-chartered industrial bank headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah.

How do I pay my statement?

You’ll receive an email with your monthly statement letting you know the amount due. To make your payment, log in on klarna.com. You can also mail your check to the address below.

Is there a penalty for late payments on my Klarna Credit account?

If the Minimum Payment Due is not made by the Payment Due Date, you will be charged a late fee of up to $25. If the Minimum Payment Due is less than $25, the late fee will be the Minimum Payment Due amount. If a Minimum Payment Due is not made by the Payment Due Date more than once in six months, you will be charged up to $35 without exceeding the Minimum Payment Due. View Terms and Conditions

Am I protected from unauthorized purchases with Klarna?

Klarna’s zero fraud liability protection program protects you from purchases or charges made without your authorization. If you discover that a purchase or charge was made in your name that you did not make or authorize, you must file a claim with Klarna within (i) 60 days of the date the charge first appears on your credit card, bank statement or Klarna statement, as applicable, or (ii) 30 days from the date we first notified you that your payment is due under the Klarna Checkout User Terms.
