The Office of Diversity & Inclusion

To help support building a more diverse and inclusive Lenovo, the Office 

of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) reports on progress each year across a 

variety of global programs, such as recruitment, executive development, 

and training and development. The Office of D&I also meets with

Lenovo’s top executives to discuss its findings, including gap

identification, recommended solutions, and quarterly monitoring

results.
