Senior Vice President and General Manager, Data Intelligence Business Group
Lan Ye is Senior Vice President and General Manager of Lenovo’s Data Intelligence Business Group, responsible for enabling intelligent transformation and delivering intelligent manufacturing solutions in business verticals —especially in upgrading smart manufacturing.
Previously, Lan Ye was the Executive Vice President of JD.com, where he served as the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Public Affairs Officer. Prior to that, he was Chief Executive Officer of Founder Technology Group Corporation.
Before this, Mr. Lan was a Lenovo veteran, joining in 1993 and spending 15 years in several management positions. As Vice President for the China Geo, he managed the overall sales business and made outstanding contributions to Lenovo’s rapid development in China.
Lan Ye holds an EMBA degree from Tsinghua University.
Vice President and President, Commercial Internet of Things
John Gordon joined Lenovo in 2019 as Vice President and President of the Commercial Internet of Things (IoT) business unit, responsible for driving innovation across Lenovo.
John has more than 20 years of experience in strategic digital transformation. As the head of Consumer Electronics at Bose Corporation, he launched the world's first audio augmented reality platform. Before this, John was the Chief Product Officer at GE Digital, where he led the company’s digital transformation.
John has also served in a variety of executive and leadership positions at IBM, where he was involved in the IBM Watson and IBM Smarter Cities initiatives. In fact, he started his IBM career with the x86 Server business, which is now part of the Lenovo DCG team.
John has a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and computer applications from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
Senior Vice President and President of North America Intelligent Devices
As Senior Vice President and President of the North America Intelligent
Devices Group, Matt Zielinski is responsible for sales, daily operations, growth, and
profitability for Lenovo in the United States and Canada.
Matt also serves on Lenovo’s Diversity and Inclusion Board. Its role is to help plan and execute
the company’s strategy to build inclusive leadership behaviors, foster diverse and inclusive
systems, create accountability, and tell our story.
Prior to joining Lenovo in 2018, Matt spent more than twelve years at AMD, holding several key
global roles, including Corporate Vice President and General Manager of Worldwide OEM Sales.
While as the Director and General Manager of the North America consumer business, he led AMD
through significant market share gains and introduced new partners into the market, including
Lenovo, Samsung, and Sony.
Previously, Matt held various sales positions at Infineon Technologies and Sun Microsystems.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from the
University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He also serves on the board of directors of NAF, a national
network of education, business, and community leaders working together to ensure high school
students are college, career, and future ready.
