1. Net30 is a 30 days payment terms for selected customers’ purchases on Lenovo (Hong Kong)
eShop LenovoPRO store.
2. Only selected customers from [LenovoPRO Plus] customer tier are entitled to purchase with Net30.
3. Selected customers must complete theNet30 application form, provide the required document, and sign the Customer Agreement in order to apply for Net30 in their real orders. Customers shall contact Lenovo (Hong Kong) eShop Quotation Hotline (800-961-837 Hong Kong Toll Free) to obtain the application form via email.
4. Application for Net30 will be reviewed and subject to approval by Lenovo (Hong Kong) Limited at its discretion.
5. Maximum credit of Net30 is HKD160,000 under same company account.
6. Payment must be settled by bank deposit to specified bank account under Lenovo (Hong Kong) Limited. The bank account information will be provided by Lenovo Account Receivable team after the Net30 has been reviewed and approved.
7. Any amount not received by Lenovo (Hong Kong) Limited within 30 days of receipt of invoice shall be overdue. Customer shall pay a late payment fee of the lesser of one and one half (1.5) percent per month or the maximum rate permitted by law on the undisputed overdue balance of the invoice amount. Invoice will be sent to customer’s email address.
8. Lenovo (Hong Kong) Limited may request payment before the payment is overdue, customer shall immediate settle the payment to the specified bank account. 9. In case of dispute, Lenovo (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right for final decision.

Terms and conditions :
1. Only desktop and workstation products are eligible for LenovoPRO Buy & Try service
2. LenovoPRO users must contacting Lenovo eShop Sales Rep via 2593 0388 before the purchase to apply for Buy & Try Service
3. LenovoPRO users must contact Lenovo eShop Sales Rep via 2593 0388 to request for the return of machine which has been applied for Buy & Try Service
4. Up to 3 sub-series, up to 1 unit per sub-series
5. User must bring the eligible product to Lenovo Service Centre for machine condition inspection at his/her own cost for LenovoPRO Buy & Try service
6. Full packing and hardware must be returned to Lenovo in order to receive full refund.
7. Return and refund of eligible products with missing of packing and hardware will be rejected.
8. Return and refund of eligible products with any damage caused by the user will be rejected.
9. Any cost of the refund is to be paid by the user.
10. In case of any dispute, Lenovo (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the absolute right of final decision.
