Lenovo Brand Store Drop Off Repair Service

If your Lenovo products has any issue, now you can bring your Lenovo products to Lenovo Official Brand Store in selected date for Lenovo Drop Off Repair Service.

Note :

1. Lenovo Drop Off Repair Service is only available to Lenovo products within warranty period.

2. Service that involves any fee will NOT be accepted and proceeded in Lenovo Drop Off Repair Service.

3.Service only available upon confirmed reservation via phone. (Service Period : 10am to 2pm every Wednesday and Thursday except public holiday).

    Lenovo (Hong Kong) Drop Off Repair Service Terms and Conditions

  • Drop Off Repair Service (“Service”) is only available upon reservation, user must complete the reservation form and be confirmed by Lenovo Official Brand Store via email before visiting Lenovo Official Brand Store and enjoy the Service. Users without confirmation from Lenovo Official Brand Store will be rejected to enjoy the Service.
  • Users must bring along the proof of purchase of their Lenovo products (“Products”) as a reference for the warranty start date. Users failing to provide their proof of purchase may be rejected to enjoy the Service.
  • The Service covers Lenovo laptop, desktop and tablets products only, smart devices, VR/AR devices and other products are not covered. User must visit Lenovo Service Center to request service for smart devices, VR/AR devices and other products.
  • After user has dropped his/her Products off at Lenovo Official Brand Store, Lenovo will provide an official document to the user as a proof for accepting the claim of warranty service. User may pick up his/her Products during the Service period in the next week with the document, upon confirmation from Lenovo Official Brand Store.
  • The Service only covers Products which are still under warranty period. All Products that are out of warranty period will be rejected to enjoy the Service.
  • The Service only covers Products with local warranty, International Warranty Service (IWS) will also rejected.
  • The Service only covers warranty service without any fee and surcharge, including but not limit to repair service for Customer Induced Damage (“CID”), hardware upgrade service and media rental service. For warranty service involving any fee and surcharge, user must visit Lenovo Service Center to request for service.
  • The Service offers a drop off location for users at Lenovo Official Brand Store only, repairing of the Products will be completed in Lenovo Service Centre. Repaired Products will be sent to Lenovo Official Brand Store for pick up. If urgent warranty service is required, please visit Lenovo Service Center directly for timely handling.
  • User must back up any personal data stored in the Products before enjoying the Service. Lenovo (Hong Kong) Limited is not liable or responsible for any loss or corruption of data.
  • Lenovo (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right of final decision in case of disputes.
