Protect your investments and get continued support

The Lenovo Extended Lifecycle Program (ELP) is a worldwide service program designed to optimize and protect server and storage investments throughout the entire technology lifeycle by providing clients access to withdrawn upgrades and accessories. Lenovo works with Triathlon Computer to extend the availability of select options, after the last order date, to customers and Business Partners.

Public sector, large enterprise, and small- medium-size business customers can experience greater flexibility in planning and managing standard transitions or redeploying legacy systems into new supporting roles within the organization. There is even an opportunity to upgrade your legacy system, using existing hardware standards — without the worry of additional investment in software or systems certifications. The products used to support the Extended Lifecycle Program include both new and recertified products.

Regardless of whether the products are new or recertified, Triathlon will ensure you receive:

    • Original, authentic products
    • Warranties of at least 90 days on all products - with options for extended warranty
    • Support and advice from knowledgeable, sales professionals
    • Technical support from Lenovo and IBM certified System Engineers
    • Prompt and timely shipping of your order to all major markets - globally

    Lenovo brands supported

    • System x®
    • ThinkServer™
