We take comprehensive steps to optimize your device fleet for your budget, your users, and the environment. Every device undergoes a rigorous, multi-step refurbishment process to ensure it meets Lenovo’s high standards of performance, reliability, and security. Backed by Lenovo’s full one-year warranty with battery coverage and options to extend warranty support for up to three years.

Refurbishment starts with surface inspection and grading.

Resetting the device will erase all original content, including data, BIOS settings, and any stored passwords.

Your Lenovo device is dismantled; non-functional parts are repaired or replaced with Lenovo original parts. It is then tested with our internal functional diagnostics.

The device is restored with the latest operating system; and cosmetic repairs, accessory replacements, and quality checks are performed.

We clean your device, apply packaging and labeling that meet local regulations, and return your device to you.

Each device is restored with factory-grade processes, a 1-year battery warranty, and Lenovo quality assurance, with warranty extensions available.
