Most of the games will be offered in form of a game code, which will be activated via an online platform, where it will be linked to your user account. Therefore, you can install it at any time and on any system, which is linked to that account. A few games might be offered as a direct download. In these cases, you will be able to access the download link via your customer account again, if needed.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. The games offered here are digital only and you will need to download the installation files online.
1.3. HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD MY GAME OR REDEEM THE GAME CODE?
You will receive your code instantly after your purchase, so you can redeem it right away on platforms like Steam, UPlay, Battle.net, etc. Every game comes with instructions given on the order summary page. If you need to access the information at a later point in time you can do so by accessing the "ORDER HISTORY" of your account and review all details there.
1.4. WHAT IS THIS GAME CODE?
You can redeem game codes via your computer or console on the relevant platforms and unlock e.g. complete games, extensions or in-game products. The following items will give you more information about the platforms and how to use them.
1.5. WHAT ARE STEAM, UPLAY, ORIGIN?
These are platforms on which you can redeem the games purchased from the Lenovo Gameshop. Please refer to the following FAQs to find out how this works in each case.

If you do not yet have an account on the site, the first step is to create one. Please follow the instructions for the platform you need (link).
1.7. I RECEIVED THE INFORMATION THAT MY CODE WAS ALREADY REDEEMED, WHAT CAN I DO?
In this case please reach out to the support-team of the publisher. They will be able to assist you in resolving the issue.
1.8. I NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO MY STEAM, ORIGIN, UPLAY OR SONY PLAYSTATION ACCOUNT?
In this case, please contact the relevant customer support. The support teams will help you to verify your identity and reset your credentials.
1.8.1 WHO SHOULD I CONTACT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH PAYMENTS OR DOWNLOADS?
If it is a conventional download, please contact our service. If you have a problem with a delivered game code, please contact third party support first, such as Steam or UPlay.
1.9. WHO SHOULD I CONTACT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE GAME ITSELF?
If you have a technical problem, please contact the publisher directly. Please understand that we cannot provide support for achieving specific game objectives.
1.10. WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOST THE EMAIL WITH MY ORDER?
You will find all important data in your customer account under "ORDER HISTORY". If you need further information, please contact our service.
1.11. DO I NEED AN INTERNET CONNECTION TO PLAY MY GAME?
You can find this information on the product details page of the game. For online multiplayer and MMO games, however, an Internet connection is needed. However, some other games also require an Internet connection in order to use the game to its full extent.
1.12. MY DOWNLOAD DOES NOT START?
In rare cases, settings in your browser may prevent the download. We recommend that you test another browser in those cases. Alternatively, anti-virus software or firewall configurations may be responsible for preventing a download. Please check your settings. If this does not work either, please use the opportunity to contact our service.
1.13. MY DOWNLOAD HAS BEEN CANCELLED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You can restart the download at any time via your customer account. Under "ORDER HISTORY" you will find all your purchased items. Please make sure that you have an active internet connection.
1.14. CAN I INSTALL MY GAME AT A LATER TIME AFTER PURCHASING IT?
In general, this is possible without problems via your customer account. Please make sure that there is no time-limit for the download before your purchase. Some of our games (a very small number) have a time limit and must be installed shortly after purchase. Most of our games however, have no time-limit restriction. The same applies to purchased game codes. The game codes can be redeemed at any time.
1.15. . WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS INFORMATION?
In order to enjoy a game to its full extent (including graphics), the publishers provide the customer with a note on the required PC hardware requirements based on the system requirements. Please check that your computer meets the recommended system requirements for each game. To do this, go to the product detail page of your game and check the information provided. If your PC does not meet the requirements, we advise against a purchase.
1.16. CAN I RETURN MY GAMES?
Unfortunately, you cannot return games after purchase. The purchase of Games can no longer be revoked with the start of delivery.
1.17. WHAT ARE IN-GAME ITEMS?
In-Game items are used to enhance the game experience. They vary from game to game. Usually these are cosmetic items such as skins (clothes), virtual currency, weapons, mounts or other virtual goods that can be utilized in the game.
