NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Entry into the Spring Monthly Canada Giveaway (“Giveaway”) constitutes your acceptance of these Official Rules.

DATES: This Giveaway will be open from March 16, 2022 at 12:00am EST until June 15, 2022 at 11:59pm EST, with three (3) drawings during the Giveaway Period as set forth below (each, a “Drawing”) according to the applicable entry start and end dates as follows (each, an “Entry Period”):

WHO MAY ENTER: Open to all new members of MyLenovo Rewards who are (i) legal residents of Canada (excluding residents of the Province of Quebec, (ii) 18 years of age or older, and (iii) have registered to become a member of MyLenovo Rewards during the applicable Entry Period. THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHEREVER RESTRICTED BY, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FILING OR REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS, OR IS OTHERWISE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Individuals employed by

HOW TO ENTER: During the applicable Entry Period, eligible entrants (“Entrants”) will automatically be entered into the Giveaway upon registering to become a MyLenovo Rewards member. All eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period will be entered. Limit one (1) entry per person. Although subsequent attempts to enter may be received, only the first registration received from an Entrant will be eligible; subsequent attempts to enter will be disqualified. All entries that do not conform to or satisfy any condition of these Official Rules may be disqualified by Lenovo (Canada) Inc. (“Sponsor”).

By registering for MyLenovo Rewards and obtaining an entry, each Entrant agrees that his or her entry complies with these Official Rules. Each Entrant also agrees that Sponsor may disqualify the Entrant from the Giveaway if Sponsor believes, in its sole and absolute discretion that an entry fails to comply with these Official Rules. If Sponsor rejects any entry, such entry will be disqualified and will not be considered a valid entry. The submission of an entry is solely the responsibility of the Entrant. Entries may only be made according to the method described above. Automated entries (including but not limited to entries submitted using any robot, script, macro, or other automated services) are not permitted and will be disqualified. Only eligible entries actually received by Sponsor will be eligible. Illegible, unintelligible, incomplete, or garbled entries will be disqualified.

OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES: By submitting an entry, each Entrant agrees Sponsor shall own the entry submitted (including all copyrights thereto and all rights embodied therein) and that they and their designees may exploit, edit, publish, use, adapt, modify, copy, disseminate or dispose of any entry, the concepts embodied therein or any elements thereof, online, in print, film, television, or in any other media for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation or notification to the Entrant of any kind, except as prohibited by law.

PRIZES; HOW TO WIN: There will be a total of eighty (80) winners during the Giveaway. Immediately following the close of the Entry End Date of the applicable Drawing, the number of winning Entrants per Drawing as reflected in the table below will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible entries received during such Entry Period to win the designated Prize (each a “Prize”):

All winners will be notified via their MyLenovo Rewards Dashboard. Limit one prize per person. Note: You are not a winner of any prize until you have been verified as a winner by Sponsor. Decisions of Sponsor are final in all matters relating to this Giveaway.

The total AVR of all Prizes in the Giveaway is approximately $2,750. Only the Prizes specified in the numbers indicated will be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or equivalent. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize or Prize component of equal or greater value should any Prize (or component thereof) become unavailable. Except as specifically provided herein, Prizes do not include insurance, personal expenses, incidental charges, gratuities, or any other items not specifically described in these Official Rules. All applicable taxes and usage charges on Prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. If required by law, Sponsor or its agents shall require payment from winner of taxes to be remitted to the appropriate taxing authorities. Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of Prizes awarded. Sponsor makes no representation or warranties concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any Prize (or component thereof) awarded. Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

CLAIMING PRIZE: Winners will be notified in the winners’ MyLenovo Rewards Dashboard on or about. To be declared a winner, each potential winner will be required to provide the correct answer to a mathematical skill-testing question administered by email, or posed by telephone at a mutually convenient time. Potential winner may also be asked to verify eligibility and sign a Release & Waiver of Liability. Verification must be completed within forty-eight (48) hours of the potential winner’s notification. Upon confirming verification and correctly answering the skill-testing question, the relevant Prize will be awarded to the winners on their rewards dashboard in their MyLenovo Rewards account. Please allow five (5) business days for receipt or arrangement of receipt of Prize.

Failure to verify eligibility may result in disqualification and an alternative potential winner may be selected. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, is not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept the Prize, does not comply with Sponsor’s instructions, incorrectly answers or fails to answer the skill-testing question, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, the Prize may be forfeited, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If any potential winner forfeits a Prize, then the Prize may be awarded to an alternate winner, selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor and its parents and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and/or advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Giveaway Parties”) shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding the Prize for any reason. The Prize will only be awarded to a verified winner. Should a winner make any false statement(s) in any document referenced above, the winner will be required to promptly return to Sponsor his/her Prize. By accepting a Prize, Entrants consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, photograph and/or likeness, voice, and statements made by or attributed to them, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed (including, without limitation, print, broadcast and Internet), for all legitimate business purposes, including advertising and promotional activities, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Upon delivery of the Prize to the winner, Sponsor will be deemed to have awarded the Prize.

MISCELLANEOUS CONDITIONS: All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules which shall be final and binding with respect to all issues relating to this Giveaway. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have complied with all of the conditions contained in the Official Rules. Giveaway Parties are not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, stolen, illegible or incomplete entries, or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. Giveaway Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway, or any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Giveaway. Giveaway Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Giveaway Parties are not responsible for any problems, failures or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, email, players or browsers, on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at any website, or on account of any combination of the foregoing. Giveaway Parties are not responsible for any injury or damage to participants or to any computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Giveaway. If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Giveaway Parties which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway and select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Giveaway, or who Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption or damage will be disqualified. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right to correct any typographical, printing, computer programming or operator errors.

By participating in this Giveaway, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Giveaway Parties and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, representatives, agents and employees, from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with, either directly or indirectly, (1) the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any Prize awarded herein; or (2) participation in the Giveaway or any Prize related activities.

PRIVACY: By participating in this Giveaway, Entrants agree to Sponsor’s use of their personal information for both online and offline direct marketing purposes. You may review Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at: https://www.lenovo.com/ca/en/privacy/. Your personal information may be shared with the other Giveaway Parties. The individual Giveaway Parties are solely responsible for their use of this information.

ARBITRATION AND CHOICE OF LAW: This Giveaway shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Giveaway or these Official Rules will be resolved by binding arbitration, instead of in court. The arbitration will take place in a location determined by the arbitrator as set forth in these Official Rules. The arbitration will be conducted under the rules and procedures of the general Canadian Arbitration Association Rules for Arbitration (“CAA Rules”). The arbitrator shall apply the substantive law, including the conflicts of law, of Ontario, Canada. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitrator shall be selected pursuant to the CAA Rules. The arbitration shall proceed in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration Act (Ontario).

If any part of this arbitration provision is deemed to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, or otherwise conflicts with the rules and procedures established by the Canadian Arbitration Association, then the balance of this arbitration provision shall remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid, unenforceable, illegal or conflicting provision were not contained herein. Upon filing a demand for arbitration, all parties to the arbitration will have the right of discovery, which discovery shall be completed within sixty days after the demand for arbitration is made, unless further extended by mutual agreement of the parties.
