Open networking flexibility

The NE2580O is a high-performance switch that includes ONIE (Open Network Install Environment). Based on open standards and advanced switch hardware, the NE2580O extends your software options to disaggregated (standalone) operating systems, such as Cumulus Linux/NetQ. This offers the customers a choice of network operating system for their modern data center and eliminates vendor lock-in.
