Depot/Customer Carry In (CCI)
If there is an issue with your system that cannot be resolved remotely, we will fix the system at one of our certified repair centers. Lenovo will cover the shipping to and from the repair center.
If there is an issue with your system and cannot be resolved over the telephone we will arrange for a technician to arrive on your location.

Selected Lenovo PCs incorporate a sealed battery specifically designed for ultrathin products. If there is an issue with your sealed battery that cannot be resolved remotely, we will arrange for a technician to arrive on your location to replace/fix the sealed battery
