Lenovo Cloud Storage by SugarSync enables you to backup, access, sync and share all of your documents,photos,music and videos between different devices including your computer, tablet and smartphone.
Sync your data
Automatically synchronizes updates after any change is made to any file, with the latest version sent to the cloud and all other devices connected to your account. To avoid lost data, the five most recent versions of every file are stored, making it easy to revert back to an older version just in case.
Share with colleagues and friends
Lenovo Cloud Storage by SugarSync also allows you to share large files like videos or high resolution pictures seamlessly. You can send an e-mail with a link to the file for someone to download and the file is available for 21 days. With Lenovo Cloud Storage you can also effectively collaborate on projects by giving a person, or a group of people, access to a shared folder on your computer.
Lenovo Cloud Storage by SugarSync is also ideal for social networking, allowing you to share a link directly on blogs, Facebook and Twitter. Recipients can directly download the most recent version of the file by simply clicking the link — no registration is required!
You get the first 5GB of free cloud storage space is included, with the option of adding more storage as you need it. Lenovo Cloud Storage by SugarSync is standard in Lenovo desktops, laptops and tablets from April 2012, and also available for free download and registration for all customers.
The end-user interface for Lenovo Cloud Storage by SugarSync is available in the following languages: English, Chinese Simplified, Japanese, German, Spanish and French.

SCA is the first industry application with built in support for Cloud Ready Clients. This allows the IT department and the end user of a Cloud Ready Lenovo PC to have an enhanced experience.
Additional authentication such as user known variables, and biometrics employing the built in Lenovo Fingerprint Reader on a Cloud Ready Client capable Lenovo device can be used to control access to applications.

Access Aggregation - Find What You Need When You Need It
With SCA, the IT organization can enhance how they deploy and control access to all the organization’s internal and external resources across multiple devices. SCA delivers an intelligent access aggregation that allows IT to control the access by context. For SCA the context includes information about user rights, device type and capability, time and date, and network connectivity. In SCA, the user’s desktop does not exist until the user ‘logs-in’ to SCA. At that time the SCA solution will render the desktop based on the context of the user, connection and the device. SCA allows IT to dynamically limit, extend or change the access to resources based on a user’s needs and device.
Secure Access - Enhancing Productivity Cross Multiple Devices
The web interface focuses on providing the end-user with maximum accessibility while maintaining company security and compliance. We changed the layout and added improvements to provide consistent behavior and functionality across multiple devices, allowing a user to quickly pick up a new device, connect it to the company deployed SCA, and be productive within minutes.
User Interface - Designed for Touch and Standard Input
The interface is designed to be used with touch devices such as tablets and Smartphones, as well as devices that mainly use mouse and keyboard such as Desktop PCs and Laptops. It also has functions such as search across the user’s workspaces for application and resources as well as the internal and external web. When you need to step away for a few minutes, SCA has a ‘lock’ feature that allows a user to lock the web based desktop without having to sign off from the backend applications.
Application Selector - Your Corporate Application Catalog
With SCA an organization can quickly deploy access to internal and external resources. With the latest version, you can add an application catalog to the user's desktop from where they can select applications to add or remove from their cloud desktop. The Application Selector is intended to allow additional self service, removing the need for the Help Desk to be impacted by frequent requests for changes.
Reporting - Make Sure You Know What’s Going On
Reporting is another strong feature of SCA. SCA collects information about how and when the application has been accessed allowing IT to plan and quickly detect trends. The reporting engine is built directly into SCA and is accessed through the standard interface.
Image Authentication - Access Security Designed for Tablets
SCA also enhances the access security for tablets by adding “Image Authentication”. This is an additional identification that the IT organization can activate to strengthen the security for mobile users on tablets and smartphones.
Single Sign-On - Set and Forget
SCA single sign-on allows users to be automatically logged on to their applications without them having to remember or write down their passwords. The user’s authentication credentials are stored in an encrypted form by the SCA solution. When a user has been properly authenticated to the SCA web based desktop, they can be automatically signed into applications and resources for which they are allowed.
File Manager - Access Your Files from One Interface
The web based SCA file manager aggregates all access to the end-user’s files and folders into one single view. The files and folders include, but are not limited to cloud based storage, file shares and/or local content.
Supports Cloud Enabled Devices - Makes the Cloud Understand the Device
Lenovo SCA understands and dynamically makes adjustments to ensure that it delivers the best possible end-user experience based on available applications, connectivity as well as device capability. SCA even understands how to authenticate the user using a Lenovo Fingerprint reader before the user can access restricted applications, without having to modify these applications. Lenovo’s Cloud Ready Client technology makes this possible.The CRC is developed in collaboration with Intel in an effort to deliver a better end-user experience when accessing the cloud and cloud resources. The aspiration was to, when possible, allow the cloud to leverage local resources to deliver native end-user performance.
Management Interface - Use Less Resources to Manage
Compared to VDI and other ‘cloud solutions’, SCA is designed to be managed with minimal resources. The management interface can be accessed from any device and changes can be done from anywhere. You make a change, you click save, you validate the change and it’s automatically applied to an individual user or to everyone in the organization. SCA does not require you to spin up or take down and restart the VM’s. It’s all cloud-based in a cloud that you own and control.
Light Weight Back - End with Seamless Directory Integration
Due to SCA’s architecture and its capability to seamlessly integrate into your existing infrastructure, you will be able to see the results of your deployment within a few days. The SCA architecture also protects your back-end infrastructure from virus contamination from the user’s device, by separating the user access from the physical access of the user’s device. A small server hosting the SCA web-based back-end can easily support thousands of concurrent users. SCA’s authentication to the organization's resources provided by the web based desktop is all controlled from where it should be, your authentication server such as Active Directory, e-directory or LDAP.
Easy to Get Started - Support You When You Grow Big
The SCA licensing model makes it easy to get started as well as grow. The licensing model includes single licenses as well as volume agreements. We can deliver licenses for concurrent as well as named users. We also have the capability to make it a turn-key experience or train you to do it yourself. The Lenovo Cloud Ready Client (CRC) allows Lenovo PCs or laptops to talk to the cloud, enabling a better end-user experience and better use of system resources whether at work or at home.
A CRC enabled system tells the cloud about its graphics capabilities, free processor capacity, free memory capabilities, remaining battery capacity, available bandwidth, wireless connectivity or LAN status, as well as if the system has a Lenovo Fingerprint Scanner. This allows the Cloud to allocate resources efficiently between Cloud servers, datacenters and the device, optimizing speed and minimizing power usage.
On a system that is not CRC enabled, the Cloud would not be able to understand its capabilities and therefore has to treat that system as a 'dumb' terminal.
CRC is standard in Lenovo clients based on 2nd Generation Intel® Core™ vPro™ Processors (and later) and running Microsoft Windows® 7 and works seamlessly in conjunction with Secure Cloud Access.
