Where can I

Once you are
logged into the Partner Portal, go to the left hand side of the page and click
on the picture of the laptop with the words "TopSeller Product Guide
Download Now" below it. On page 4 of this document, you will find a brief
overview of all the Channel Programs that Lenovo offers Solution Partners.
I
haven't received my payment for the TopSeller, TAP, or other program. How do I
get paid?
Trade
One administers all payments for the Lenovo Channel Programs. You can call them
at 1-800-492-8595 to find out the status of your payment.
Where can I
find the specific details and in-depth explanations of each of the Channel
Programs Lenovo offers?
Once you are
logged into the Partner Portal, find the title "Product and Pricing"
towards the middle of the page. Under this title, you will want to click on
"Announcement Letters", which is the third title from the bottom of

What is a
Pre-Approved Bid?
A Pre-Approved
Bid contains a list of parts which Solution Partner can receive rebatesor discounts on when they purchase them from
distribution. Prior to making any purchase from distribution, check this
documents for rebates. Updated copies of the Pre-Approved Bids are posted one
to two times a week on the Partner Portal.
Where can I
find the Pre-Approved Bids?
Once you are
logged into the Partner Portal, find the title "Incentives". Under
this title, you will want to click on "Pre-Approved Bids", which is
the third title from the top. In this document, you can search by part number.
My sales
representative use to send me information about Lenovo products and deals each
week. Where can I find this information now?
You
can find all this information once you are logged into the Partner Portal at
http://www.lenovopartnernetwork.com. On this site, you will find sections
containing Lenovo's current Pre-Approved Bids (a list of parts with rebates on
them) and a sales toolkit containing the Weekly Eflyer and Hotsheet. The Weekly
Eflyer and Hotsheet both give Solution Partners information about the supply at
distribution and current Lenovo pricing available in the Channel.
Where can I find the
accessories or parts that are compatible with my Model Type?
Go
to lenovopartnernetwork@lenovo.com. In the column on the right, find the title
"Product Resources" and click on the words under neither it. On the
next page, select the PDF file for the product you want to look at. Once in the
PDF, you can search by the 4 digit machine type. The options for each series is
also listed in this document.
Where can I find the
warranty upgrade part number that is compatible with my Model Type?
Once logged
into the Partner Portal at www.lenovo.com/partner/us, find the title
"Product and Pricing". Under this title click on "Warranty
Matrix", which is the third title from the top. Once the spreadsheet is
open, click on the WAMO tab for warranty upgrades or the MA-Post Warranty tab
for post warranties. Next filter or search by your 4 digit machine type.
Who can help me get a warranty
registered?
You can send
a note to thinkpls_us@lenovo.com that contains the machine PN's and serial #s
involved, the invoice for the warranty that the end user received, and an
explanation of what warranty PN(s) you are trying to register . Please note
that it takes several days to process warranty requests.
How does my company become a Warranty
Service Provider?
Once you are
logged into the Partner Portal, go to the very bottom of the page and find the
title "Training and Certifications". Under this title, you will want
to click on the "Becoming a Service Provider", which is the second.
This will give you a list of requirements a Solution Provider must meet in
order to become a Lenovo Warranty Service Provider.

is a site where Solution Partners can configure ThinkPad line products to
specific specifications when no TopSeller meets their specifications.
How do I create or request an I2 site
for my company?

option 2, option 2, and ask if you company has an I2 site already set up. If
you are told that they don't, request that an I2 site or CTO site be set up for
your company.
What can I buy directly
form Lenovo, and what do I have to buy from distribution?
Beginning
April 1st, 2009, Solution Partners should place their orders for Lenovo
Topseller models, corporate models, custom models, options, services and
software with a Lenovo Authorized Distributor (Ingram Micro, SYNNEX, Tech Data
or D&H).Solution Partner orders
for these products will no longer be accepted by Lenovo PartnerChoice.Lenovo
will continue to accept configure-to-order (CTO) orders through Lenovo
PartnerChoice.In addition, there may
be a few software products and third party options products that will need to
be ordered via Lenovo PartnerChoice.
How do I report my sales
to Lenovo?

Where can I get my user
id and password for the reporting site if I don't have it?
