Street Candy Fashion Show with ERIIN

To reinforce the Ultrabook’s position in the consumer mainstream, Lenovo is partnering with ERIIN, an upcoming Singapore-based multi-label online retailer, in organizing the “STREET CANDY” fashion show. T he show revolves around the idea of fusing street style, fashion and technology, and is ERIIN's debut runway show in Singapore.

The book-inspired design and the variety of colors of the Lenovo Ultrabook will be matched with the latest 2012 styles ERIIN will introduce to their customers. They will feature apparel from Australia’s Talulah’s Fall Winter 2012 collection - Come To Light - and Hong Kong’s Hanalie’s Summer 2012 designs. Other young and upcoming labels like Quainthood, Kaehana and Nikicio, as well as Australia’s Escape to Paradise, will also be featured at the show.

Two Singaporean menswear labels, MILS and SIFR, will join ERIIN in a special collaboration, as an introduction to ERIIN's foray into menswear. Another local designer, Weesuen, will showcase three items from her inaugural collection of leather laptop bags under the SOLDATI CORAGGIOSI label.

Kate Tan, Creative Director of ERIIN said, “STREET CANDY signifies ERIIN's debut on many levels - our inaugural runway show, our first project under event management, our introduction into menswear. Maisha, my business partner, and I have kept firm on our belief in constantly collaborating and reinventing; we are fortunate to work with tech giant Lenovo within the first four months of launching, and play a part in launching their range of Ultrabooks."

1 PC + (PC plus) era is Lenovo’s assertion of the new era in technology – where PCs are central to the digital lives of people and businesses, with many other devices such as tablets, smart phones and smart TVs emerging on the scene. They all offer different experiences and applications, but all share the “heart” of a PC.

Intel® Core™ Processor Family for Ultrabook™

You won’t sacrifice power for beauty with an optimal blend of the responsiveness and smart capabilities you expect and the portability and style you want. Powered by a visibly smart Intel® Core™ processor in a design that’s less than an inch thick and wakes up in a flash, a new Ultrabook™ lets yo u experience the joy of performance that keeps up with you as you create, explore, and enjoy what interests you most.
