1. All promotion prices shown reflect the most current prices available online, and these are also reflected in the shopping cart page. Prices are subject to change without prior notice exclusive from the online contractual agreement. All products are subject to the Lenovo terms and agreements, which are available online at www.lenovo.com/think/legal/hk/ or upon request.
2. For all orders under HK$4000, a delivery charge of HK$60 will be applied. For delivery to Tung Chung region and outlying islands, additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer. These costs are at the discretion of www.lenovo.com Shipping charges are included for orders totalling HK$4000 or more; Lenovo will organize delivery based on the information provided by the customer in the checkout cart on the www.lenovo.com/think/hk/ web site.
3. For purchase of PC desktop, on-site standard installation includes plug and power-on system unit, internal options that come with the order, monitor and 3 external accessories excluding network services.
4. Customers are responsible for ensuring the compatibility of purchased options and systems of which information can be provided by our representatives.
5. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery for all products unless otherwise specified.
6. Customers are required to present the original personal identity document (HK personal ID card or passport) for identification verification purpose when collecting the goods.

IN SUCH EVENT, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THE PRODUCT IF YOU DO NOT FULLY COMPLY WITH THE PRODUCT ACTIVATION PROCEDURES. Product activation procedures and Microsoft's privacy policy will be detailed during initial launch of the product, or upon certain reinstallations for the software product(s) or reconfigurations of the computer, and may be completed by Internet or telephone (toll charges may apply).

Lenovo is not responsible for the support of third party (non-Lenovo) products which will be provided under the applicable agreements between the third party vendors and the customer.

Lenovo reserves the right to refuse to sell a product to any customer for any reason, or to limit the number of units of a particular product that a customer may buy at any one time. No binding contract for the sale of any product exists until Lenovo notifies the customer in writing that the order has been accepted.

[1] Notebook trade-in offer is valid for any brand notebooks, undamaged and in good working order. This trade-in program will be governed by the IBM Global Financing Asset Recovery Solutions contract, a copy of which is available upon request. Clients must sign and return the IBM Global Financing Asset Recovery Solutions contract directly to IBM Global Financing and will receive payment separately from the new purchase/lease transaction. Trade-in includes single pickup until 31 May 2007. Minimum trade-in volume of 5 systems (may be combination of laptop and desktop PCs). IBM Global Financing offerings are available to qualified commercial and government customers. Rates are based on a customer's credit rating, financing terms, offering type, equipment type and options, and may vary by country. Other restrictions may apply. Rates and offerings are subject to change, extension or withdrawal without notice.

[2] Desktop trade-in offer is valid for any brand desktop (no mouse, keyboard or monitor required), undamaged and in good working order. This trade-in program will be governed by the IBM Global Financing Asset Recovery Solutions contract, a copy of which is available upon request. # The above monthly leasing price is based on 24 months lease on a single system. The leasing terms are provided by IBM Global Financing and the minimum leasing machines should be 10 systems (can be a combination of laptop and desktop PCs). Payments may vary depending on the term of the lease. It is either a 12/36 months lease, depending on the pre-specified purchase option at the end of the lease, your credit and other factors.
