Traveler's Adaptor Recall

Dear Valued Lenovo Customer,

We are currently undertaking a voluntary recall on our Traveler's Adaptors which are marked with the words "ThinkPad" and "Patent Pending 250V~2200W-10A MAX" (please refer to the pictures below). You are one of the customers who received the Traveler's Adaptor as a free gift between June 15, 2005 and November 28, 2006. The adaptors were recently found not to be in full compliance with the requirements of the Electrical Products (Safety) Regulations. The Traveler's Adaptors have caused no injury to any members of the public. However, for safety reasons, you are advised to stop using the Traveler's Adaptor and return it to our Redemption Center at the address below immediately. As a small gesture of our gratitude, we will offer you an All-in-One Card Reader.

親愛的客戶：

本公司現召回隨閣下於2005年6月15日至 2006年11月28日期間所購買之聯想品牌的桌上型 / 筆記簿型電腦贈送的旅行插頭 (見下圖)。該旅行插頭印有 "ThinkPad" 及 "Patent Pending 250V~2200W-10A MAX" 字眼。本公司最近發現該旅行插頭並未完全符合本港的電器產品 (安全) 規例。到目前為止，並未有因為該旅行插頭而造成損害的報告。為策安全，本公司決定主動召回這批旅行插頭，並建議用戶立即停止使用。

本公司為此對閣下所帶來之不便深感抱歉，現欲通知閣下召回有關旅行插頭之安排。懇請閣下將該旅行插頭退回本公司之禮品換領中心。本公司將會呈送一個多合一讀卡器以表謝意。
