Entries will be judged at 4:00 pm on the Monday after the competition period at the office of the Promoter in Chatswood. All times indicated are based on EDST. Winners will be notified via email. The Promoter will determine one winner from all received but not yet assessed entries which comply with these Conditions (as determined by the Promoter or its nominee in its sole discretion). The Promoter's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize value is correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prize. The prize is as follows: 1 x Lenovo X1 Carbon (total prize pool valued at AUD$1,999 RRP). Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute for that prize another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter subject to approval by regulatory bodies if required. The Prize will only be awarded to the winner or their parent/guardian following any validation and verification that the Promoter requires in its sole discretion.

If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner within seven working days to claim fulfilment of the prize, that winner will forfeit the prize in its entirety and it shall be awarded to next best valid entry selected. The Promoter will not be liable for a winner that cannot be contacted within this time and no correspondence will be entered into.
